Indoor Growing Canada will scam you of your money, I've waited months for a refund at this point. Do not ever order. Placed an order on March 19 for a bunch of nutrients and other supplies I desperately needed for my plants. Went with indoorgrowingcanada because they were in Canada and claimed fast shipping. It's march 30 at the time of this review and even after emailing them asking about the shipment I still haven't heard nothing back. Don't order if you need your shipment within the same month apparently. Me and my plants aren't happy about this. Everything was labelled "in stock" at time of order. EDIT: As of May 19 I have yet to receive an refund for a majority of my order. They keep pushing back when they say I will receive it and keep citing new management or something is the issue. I will have to go to the office of consumer affairs if this does not get resolved. EDIT 2: May 30, Even though they find the time to respond to Google reviews they haven't answered e-mails from over a week ago now. Zero percent chance they'll ever "make it up to me" when the plants I needed nutrients for in veg are harvested at this point at greatly reduced yields.

Do not do business with this company. They will take your payment and not deliver. If you attempt to call them, they will not answer the phone. If you email them, they might eventually reply to you, but they will only have one excuse after another to not process your refund. You will end up having to file a dispute claim with your financial institution. I am in complete disbelief that there are any positive reviews at all in the past six months. I can attest that my experience matches every other negative review posted about this company: no indication from the website that a product is out of stock. The automated point of sale/e-commerce site will take your payment, and that's it. You will never see your product delivered. You will never be able to get in touch with a human on the phone. If you do get an email reply it will be weeks and without any resolution - only empty promises. Apologies about a restructuring and so on - but this can only go so far before you realize these are empty and meaningless promises. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. There are many other companies out there selling the same types of products who do actually deliver.

Haven't received my order yet, it's been almost 2 months since I placed it. They take over 2 weeks to get back to you AND you have to resend an email to remind them to get back to you. They do not offer good client service at all. Will have to cancel my order.

I've placed 4 orders with indoor growing canada. My first 2 orders came but took 3 weeks before they were finally shipped. My latest order placed on November 21st has yet to arrive. I have contacted them several times about a refund to the order. They have promised it twice now but still haven't received a refund. Going on 3 months now still no order or no refund. If you interested in getting your orders in a timely manner or receiving any customer service... avoid this store at all costs. *Edit* Appreciate your response but its been a week since your post and your company has yet to do anything about my orders or my refund. More lip service from Indoor Growing Canada.

SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! Ive been waiting 3 months!! Terrible customer service, they sent me an item that had quite a bit of structural damage to it. I messaged them to return it and now it has been 3 months without a reply. Do not waste your time!!

Ordered an item that they never shipped. When we requested a refund they said they would, but now over 6 weeks later we are still waiting for that refund. They do not answer their emails, and do not respond to phone calls. We will begin dealing with our credit card company to process this non-sale as we are still waiting on them to refund as they said they would. UPDATE: A week later from their response on to a Google review, I have yet to see my refund of $250+, nor have been contacted by their customer service team. Another email sent, with no response…

Ordered 8 weeks ago. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive on the website. Didn't happen, but hey that's fine - I understand there are some supply chain issues right now. So, I reached out and they said they were behind 2-3 weeks and it would arrive then. I still don't have a shipping notice. Part of order was cancelled by me at that midway point as part of the order became pointless to me for when I'd receive it and I needed it at that point for plants (support local, they don't screw you over) , and still don't have my money refunded. Currently they quote a 35 business day return time on their refunds. Understated. Still don't have a shipping notice. 8 weeks later. They haven't responded to an email on an update for the order in a week now as the plants are finishing up with my local hydroponic store's fertilizers and other products. Beginning to thing this is a scam and I've lost my money that they charged upfront. Unfortunate because I thought I had found a reputable vendor out of the rough. This has become one of my worst experience ordering something online. Moral of this story is: support local, even if they are a few dollars more on their products.

Indoor Growing has been my go to retailer for years now. Out of the multiple orders I have had only one was a little delayed but after contacting customer support they quickly resolved the issue and shipped my product rush. I use indoor growing A) because they have the most variety of product, B) Easy shipping C) Customer service is always there to help. When companies make my life easier I use them. Thanks for a great 3 years I look forward to many more.
