★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! The product selection is extensive, and the staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. However, the owner Nick absolutely fantastic! She saved our aging cat's life by analyzing its nutritional needs and specific care. He recovered and returned to great health - and remains healthy and lively a few years later. Thanks Nicki. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable, friendly staff who showed our furry friend tons of love! Lots of one-on-one attention in spite of emergency renovations taking place at the exact same time. They were even quick to suggest other vendors as a product we were looking for was not carried by them. Highly recommended business!

The younger worker there though has an attitude whenever you ask questions or even ask her to get a fish for you. She comes across as rude and most days if it's just her working I leave the store and come back another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had multiple bad dealings at Indigo. We have tried to order in pet supplies they never get them, they never follow up. However, I reached my tipping point when they wouldn't warranty a fish that we had in our possession less than 24 hours. We take pride in supporting local businesses but when owners refuse to stand by their products we will refuse to support them. We spend hundreds of dollars on pets supplies every month...we will now shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is always so nice. I showed up early in the morning just to browse, and left a very happy customer. I got the cutest pet tag, collar, harness, sweater and leash for my kitten. All in a nice shade of teal. So I'd say there selection is pretty good. The store is a bit messy and hard to navigate the selection. Especially the pet tags, was hard pick one. Either way, I always stop at Indigo when I am in town.
