★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken paystation. Company will pay a worker to go give tickets at lot with broken paystation but will not pay a worker to go fix the broken paystation. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pay for monthly parking - however on several occasions - I have arrived mid-morning only to find that there is no parking available because they have let in too many daily parkers. They are 'double dipping' so to speak. Do not recommend Indigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid the meter for parking for the day, but got a parking ticket anyways. Now I have to take time to jump through their hoops to appeal the ticket. To top it all off, they have the nerve to ask for $20 for "administration fee" to cancel the ticket that I shouldn't have gotten in the first place. Awful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a story behind this but here are my points: No reason to issue 2 parking tickets within 20 min. I will take a hit for 1. The first ticket for not paying the second for being in a reserved spot. There was only 1 ticket on my window but 2 showing online. Customer service pathetic and you cant reach a real person. Slow email response. Ticket price was to be frozen when under appeal, was increased when they issued decision even though I was not done communicating the appeal.
