•  Start with a telephone call to discuss. Much can be determined during this opening telephone conversation of 15 to 20 minutes. Often during this initial call, we can determine the maximum mortgage amount, discuss interest-rate options, and calculate potential monthly or biweekly payment amounts.

•  I collect from you the documentation required by the lenders.

•  I go to work for you and secure mortgage approval. We scheduled an appointment to sign documents...That's it!
