★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recomend Independant Electrical Supply to anyone. The employees and management do respond to concerns, and became confrontational when I spoke to several employees in person over a very small concern that could have easily been rectified. Instead the employee of Independent Electrical Supply chose to be rude, ignorant and verbaly confrontational. I refuse to do business with a company that lacks the ability to handle routine problems. Companies that use this type of business model will often leave you out in the cold. Proceed at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, friendly, and helpful staff. In the 10 minutes I was here, 3 people asked if I was taken care of. Mike and his guys know their stuff and have great prices and excellent customer service. I picked up some light bulbs and they gave me a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered cable for 400 amp service. Went to pick it up the cable was cut multiple locations some with exposed copper. Didn't leave the store yet and wanted to return. The manager gave me a hard time. His reason being this is how our machine cuts it. Double check before you pick up or pay for your order. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether. Horrible customer service. Dont even admit to their own mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot judge the whole business and team but representative behind the front desk is was so miserable and ignorant that I decided to walk away. There are two more electrical suppliers around the area and both are proved to be very friendly and helpful. My problem was solved in 15 minutes.
Please don't get me wrong but Independent Electric Supply is not my choice anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Independent all the time, way better than Home Depot. My only complaint is that they don’t check emails when someone is away. You just get a message saying they are NOT being monitored and to call or send it to someone else who may also be away. What a pain, I don't have time to dig up my email from my sent items and resend it to someone else just because they don't have a central email address for orders. Although, I guess they do monitor them because you then get two emails back, one from the email address of the person that is away and another from the other person you had to spend time re-emailing. It’s not all bad, I usually get a better price from one of the two and just use that when I order. I find that so unprofessional, not sure why in 2021 they cannot figure out how to make one email address for all orders and work as a team, seems like such a waste of time and effort on their end. I will still shop here but I try to avoid emailing them and just call or use their text system. Don't get me wrong, their staff is really friendly and helpful and they have a ton of inventory, even with all the supply issues they somehow still have everything I need. I just wish they would improve their customer experience by fixing their email system.
