★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They judge a lot on your attitude. If you go in moody, rude, and lacking optimism they wont help you much. If you can smile and show you are trying to change things around and are just down on your luck they do go over and above to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front Desk service was rude and unprofessional in fort McMurray. Said I couldn't book an appointment days in advance and then was late for an appointment then booked me a couple days later which is booking in advance. Also being on house arrest which is part of the justice system and they can't offer me any help in any way. So if you're part of the justice system no point going don't waste your time.
