★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakub is a technical RMT. Rather than focusing on relaxation massages, he is diligent and thorough in addressing the source of pain.
He takes time to compile notes and research possible causes, then with a detailed understanding of the body, targets the right muscles to relieve pain. He has solved pain from an injury I’ve lived with for more than ten years in under 6 visits. During each visit, he incorporates my feedback to fine tune his approach and increase the positive impact.
For those new to his practice, there are optics I would suggest ignoring to access Jakub’s exceptional level of care. The office is a bit sparse, and the first 15 minutes will involve note taking and discussing symptoms. However, Jakub always delivers, demonstrating his high level of skill, and ability to achieve results. I would highly recommend In Motion to anyone looking for an RMT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakub was completely thorough to understand the different causes for lower back pain. Most RMTs that I’ve visited focused on glutes to relieve back pain. Jakub suggested to work on the adductors and it really gave me a different perspective on lower back pain.
