She’s very accommodative and helps with flexible planning for your event. Did I mention the space is magical? With those antique lanterns and the wooden fireplace and white sofas you will have a night or day to remember.

Grace was a super host as she was attentive, accommodating and fun throughout our entire experience. We loved the flexibility of transforming the space into our own vision. Thank you Grace and your terrific staff for helping us make some great memories.

Best part of this venue is dealing with Grace which makes everything so easy, from booking to the end of event. We had several events here and all been an amazing experience for everyone. Can’t wait for the next one and more!!! ????
k	kat antonopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently at an event in this space, and while the event hosts did an incredible job with what they had to work with, overall, the bare walls, dirty floors and washrooms, and the space owner arriving unannounced during the event, unmasked, and with a LARGE unleashed dog had me racing out the door. What an absolute disappointment in what could be an incredible space if it was managed properly.

I think the owner was upset that her business partner gave me a deal and thus was AWFUL to me, my vendors, my mother… it was wild. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 20 years and never seen anything like it. It was dirty, unkept, the bathrooms needed to be cleaned top to bottom by my friends, and then she shows up at the end maskless and with her off leash dog?!. Seeing these other positive reviews makes me sad for peoples standards.

My fiancé held her bridal shower here, the space was given 30 mins late, they were still cleaning up from the previous event. We were asked to start cleaning up 30 mins before the end of our time as well to prepare for the next event.

When I arrived to set up for the event, there was entire team present who all worked together to make sure it was a success. Thank you Grace, Kim and team for a perfect day!

With countless follow-ups and cueing to complete things for my event, these issues could've been resolved had communication been stronger. For context, I gave Grace 24-48 hours to respond to my questions. Issues: 1- asking for number of tables required the night before my event. Showing up with a crew of people to BUILD the new tables at the time of my event start time. I was receiving guests while these tables were being put together. 2- Cleanliness, the venue was not clean when I arrived for setup of my event. One of their staff members showed up late and brought their dog to help setup. With allergies and sanitation reasons, I do not think this was acceptable. The space is lovely and so is Grace, unfortunately I was not met with the professionalism or minimum expectation you'd have of an event space except convieniently when money was due. They gave us an extra hour as a way to apologize for the inconvenience but the damage was already done. I attempted to follow up with Grace with constructive feedback but you can guess how that was received.
