R	RD Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a reason this place has a waitlist; it is a truly amazing place to have your child attending! The teachers have worked hard to make my daughter feel loved and cared for every single day. Now she sadly has to leave to go to kindergarten but is YEARS ahead of the other students as far as her math, english, reading, comprehension, logic and social skills. Get your child on the waitlist as soon as they are 1 so you can have as many amazing years there as our family did.

Then I again get the email that spot has gone and they have September spot available then I said ok and again tour booked . On the day of the tour I received again email that spot has gone and they cancel the tour and put my child name on wait list again. That is totally not professional .

My eldest is in elementary school now and he adjusted with no problems and is excelling. I do believe that In-Joy played a part in that. My youngest now always tells us that she likes her teachers and tells us what her teachers have taught her.

My children’s reading, writing, math, and social skills were enhanced tremendously at Injoy. Erica and her team of teachers genuinely care about each child and I fully trust them with my children. I have recommend this place for all my friends and anyone who comes across their daycare.
B	Bonnie Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a parent that have two kids attend In-joy's Gilpin and Beresford location (6 years dealing with the same operator), I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The teachers all treat my children with love and they genuinely care for the well being of my children. Behaviour issues were always reported to me on a daily basis and never did I feel disconnected with what was going on with my child's progress. Even with the challenge of Covid, In-joy recently implemented a system for me to see daily photos of my child so I can get a glimpse of what their day is like. While lots of businesses are cutting back, it's nice to know that Erica and her team are committed to improving the centre even though they probably would still have a long waitlist if they remained status quo. I highly recommend this centre!
J	John Roden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your kid is not the type.of child that can be placed inside a filing cabinet for 8 hours, look elsewhere. This daycare expected our child to lie down and close his eyes in silence for hours per day despite the fact that he dropped his nap months before joining. When we asked if they could support an alternative quiet activity during nap time, they said it was not possible because all the teachers also lie down and close their eyes for 2 hours. They essentially have us no feedback that our child was a not adjusting. They let him go downhill for weeks without telling us he was struggling. And then suddenly, right before his probation was through, they kicked him out. Unless your child is an extremely obedient robot, avoid this daycare. We know they did the same thing to another challenging child that we know of. Their business model seems to be to only keep extremely obedient children and kick out any remotely challenging kids. Avoid this place.

Both my kids attended 0-3 and 3-5 locations and the staff are always so warm, loving and gentle towards my kids. I will always recommend In Joy to my family and friends. I am forever grateful to all of the In Joy staff.

The teachers are great and they genuinely care for the kids, and the owner is great to deal with. This Montessori is more academic base and it shows when my kids started kindergarten. There are multiple kids who went through the whole 5 years with mine, that alone shows how good this daycare is. I am not sure why John Roden gave them a 1 star review, I don't know his story and he is entitled to his opinion BUT if you click on his name and read his other reviews, 14 (34%!!!) of his reviews are 1 star reviews. You be the judge if his review is fair.
