They canceled my job because they could communicate. Sorry but this is bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The business cards were clearly badly manipulated, the margins were way off, and they went ahead and printed it anyways saying that they don't have time to verify what they print. Making the cards unusable. The employee said it was our problem and that their role is just to press the print button. The manager insulted our employee. We had already paid for the cards, since we always pay our suppliers ahead of time. 35$ is very cheap for business cards, but so is the service you receive. If you enjoy having sustainable supplier relationships, then avoid this print shop. The moment they don't deliver service, they will blame it on you and accept the next cheap job. We'll invest in a proper business card print shop next time around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imprimerie Performance is not performing at all... Is my second time getting bad printing, the design wasn't centered properly... Even if I f have a good price on 1000 cards and only half of the box is usable, im not saving money... I tried to call on saturday (3 times) to see if they we're open because on google map they said they were close and nobody pick up the phone. I usually get good results with this printer but since 1-2 years, the quality is really poor. I spend a lot of time and gaz to get there and to be honest, I rather pay more and get satisfying results.
