J'ai passé des heures en préparant tout l'info avec tous les codes et dimensions de couleurs et fonts et a montré ce que je voulais. Après tout a été packé dans un fichier .RAR qui peut être ouvert avec les programmes standards .RAR et .ZIP mais elle ne sait pas comment. Après j'ai envoyé les fichiers non-packés mais elle les a pas utilisé ou regardé. Son graphiste a utilisé un ancien .pdf qui n'a pas été pour construction. Je n'ai pas noté que les fonts ont été un peu différents partout et de diffèrent taille. Parce que au début j'ai montré ce que je voulais, et on l’a imprimé (seulement la couleur été mauvaise), je me suis focus sur les couleurs pendant l’approbation (parce que ça a été le problème principal). Après avoir imprimé j'ai noté que le graphiste a coupé les grandes lettres du logo, alors le nouveau fichier ne peut pas être utilisé parce que les lettres sont coupés au milieu et il n'y a pas de bonne continuité. Diane ne voulait pas réimprimer les bons cartes d'affaires et elle n'as pas corrigé le problème fait par graphiste. Elle n’a pas proposé des solutions et ne voulait pas aider le client. Simplement elle a disparu et n'as pas répondu a ma demande par courriel. Cette compagnie dit sur leur site web qu’ils sont professionnels. Je pense que c'est FAUX, ils sont là pour voler votre argent! Bad service, take someone other than Diane Sergerie. I had to print business cards with color correction. I spent hours preparing all the info with all the codes and sizes of colors and fonts and showed what I wanted. After all, it was packaged into a .RAR file which can be opened with standard .RAR and .ZIP programs but she doesn't know how. Then I sent the unpacked files but she didn't use or look at them. Its graphic designer used an old .pdf which was not for construction. I did not notice that the fonts were a little different everywhere and of different size. Because at the beginning I showed what I wanted, and we printed it (only the color was bad), I focused on the colors during the approval (because that was the main problem). After printing I noted that the graphic designer cut the large letters of the logo, so the new file cannot be used because the letters are cut in the middle and there is no good continuity. Diane did not want to reprint the right business cards and she did not correct the problem made by graphic designer. She did not offer solutions and did not want to help the client. She simply disappeared and did not respond to my email request. This company says on their website that they are professional. I think it is FALSE, they are there to steal your money!
