★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called at 11:00 PM to inquire about a small repair to my kitchen cabinet, I was certain I would get an answering machine. I was surprised that a live person has answered the phone and offered the help without the wait and delay.
When I explained to the handyman that I will be leaving the country on holidays in a day or two and wanted to take care of this, I thought he was joking when he asked me if I wanted him to come and inspect the job tonight? When I asked if there was any rush fee for it which I wanted to avoid, he said, Impress will never charge rush fees.
A handyman by first name Joe came and took a look at the damage to my cabinet, explaining to me that the damage came from the leaking faucet and that I should change the seal on it right away. He did the job right away and suggested that I may need to replace the counter top at some time but I still have time and that he would be glad to come back and do it once I am back from holidays.
I will definitely use Impress for all my future handyman and home renovations as they offer a lot of services under one roof, are honest, prompt and very reasonable with their prices. Kudos to Joe and his team.
