Malgré mon retard pour apporter mes papiers, ont m'a dit qu'il y avait un délai d'environ 1 semaines après la date d'échéance donc j'étais avisé qu'il y aurait un retard. Un mois plus tard, je n'ai rien. Je décides d'appeler pour avoir des nouvelles, tout en étant polie et en sachant qu'il se peut qu'on me dise que mes impôts ne sont pas commencés, mais madame Cousineau elle même me répond de façon très arrogante et sans pitié que je n'ai pas d'affaire à la téléphoner pour savoir où sont rendu mes impôts et qu'elle a autre chose à faire. J'ai vu NOIR! Plus jamais je ne retournerait là-bas! En plus des commentaires comme quoi elle avait fait d'énormes erreurs qui avait mené le gouvernement à accuser un de ses clients de fausses informations. PLUS JAMAIS!
De plus, les commentaires négatifs sont répondu dans les quelques minutes suivantes. Un belle petite preuve qu'elle ne prend pas nos impôts aux sérieux elle passe les mauvais commentaires avant nos impôt. L'image de la compagnie avant le service. WAW.
Very bad service. Despite my delay in bringing my papers, I was told that there was a delay of about 1 week after the due date so I was advised that there would be a delay. A month later, I have nothing. I decide to call to get some news, while being polite and knowing that I may be told that my taxes have not been started, but Madame Cousineau herself answers me in a very arrogant and merciless way that I have no business phoning her to find out where my taxes have gone and that she has other things to do. I saw BLACK! I would never go back there again! Along with comments that she had made huge mistakes that led the government to accuse one of her clients of misinformation. NEVER AGAIN!
In addition, negative comments are answered within a few minutes. A nice little proof that she doesn't take our taxes seriously, she puts bad comments before our taxes. The image of the company before the service. WOW.
