★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told it would take 3 or 4 days to fix a one inch tear in a pair of pants. The pants were needed as soon as possible. The only pair of dress pants a boy visiting had to wear. When I questioned could it be done sooner, the tailor became rude. So I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Have used it the past for alterations. But, this week (before lockdown) freshco would not let me inside the door to drop off a coat. Said I had to stand in their huge line?? No way! Sorry but they are causing Imperial to lose customers. That's not right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy who works here possess condescending behaviour, he was literally rude and was not taking any instructions from me but try to do the way he like. I left that place by asking “ how do you make a living with this attitude”. Not recommending to anyone.
Indeed, you are there to listen your costumer gentleman. We tell you to do things in our way and that’s why we pay you. If you wanna implement your own ideas, do it on your own materials.
