One of their employees got me an interview for a position, but my profile wasn't accurate for the position. After that feedback, I didn't ear anything else from Impact Recruitment, so I don't really know if I am in their system or database yet. I would have liked if they follow my case, I know they don't have any responsibility with me, but that's why I am only giving them 2 stars. As a potential client with a very good background, I didn't get any help, neither a follow up email or interest on my case.

I was already doing my own search for work, but after speaking with Ash I realized that my search was not identifying every opportunity out there. I thought I had a good view on the positions that were open, but I was actually missing some of the best opportunities out there. Long story short, Impact was able to help me find the perfect job. I am still happily working there. It didn't cost me anything, and most of the work was done for me - outside of the interview process. If you are reading this and you are looking for work, or considering Impact as a recruiting option, know that Impact will help you find opportunities you may not have known existed. And that is invaluable. I can't really express how thankful I am. It may be true that Impact is a business doing their work, but the positive "impact" on my life is immeasurable. Thank you Impact!
