Expensive but you pay the price for clean eating and it’s filling. Quick friendly service. Try the chili its decent as well. Several impact kitchens around Toronto. This was my first experience and I would go back + try other locations.

Asked the cashier if this is the standard, to which she said yes because milk foam disappeared after a while lol. Okay cool, but that didn't explain the drink is only HALF the cup - never had any cappuccino that milk foam takes half a cup lol. Would not go back - Strange Love and Fahrenheit Coffee nearby are much better.

I've had a couple power bowls and the chicken stew, always well seasoned and correctly cooked veg (some places treat their veg like an afterthought or get the texture wrong but here it's always a great balance). The price is pretty standard for your average grain bowl place, but they use way better meats and produce that spots like Freshii, where the meat can be watery and bland. Friend of mine works here and says they compensate staff well and they feel valued. With so many options for fresh good food now, knowing they are good to their staff just sets then apart for me.

The Mexican bowl was so so good and adding the steak was definitely worth it. Staff were really lovely and took good care of us.

I love that all of the ingredients are fresh, you can modify your order according to taste or preference I.e, vegan, paleo, GF extra protein etc. This restaurant is great for breakfast lunch or dinner. I use the app if I'm in a rush and need to pick something up on my way to class or work, or I go inside to either catch up with friends and get my school work done. The environment is both relaxed yet inviting, not crammed. Every single staff member is an all star. The team is so friendly and welcoming, kind, and efficient. Impact is my go-to place for healthy meals and snacks. Their coffee and bone broth subscription is also a very important staple during the winter months. I highly suggest going here if you like to nourish your body with a meal packed with flavour!
