★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I can not remember when was the last time I walked out of a haircut feeling like new. Paige went above and beyond. She is so polite, she puts all her attention to what she is doing, she is very discrete, and she doesn't invade her customers with a zillion questions, and she is so well educated on her field. Then, I didn't have explain too much what I needed to be done. She effortlessly did and amazing haircut on me. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I am so happy and impressed with her service over all. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a hair cut and told the hair dresser what I wanted, she then shaved my hair off. The exact opposite of what I asked for. She then tried to make it better by giving me a bottle of shampoo. I don’t have enough hair left to use that shampoo. Very unprofessional, and I will never return. As you age your hair slows down it took me almost 6 months to grow that hair. Very disappointed terrible service and very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Impact Hair are amazing! They are warm, friendly and very talented! They are also very accommodating with evening and weekend appointments for both adults and kids. The salon has a great selection of hair products too! I wouldn’t trust my family hair needs to anyone else but Shandra and the folks at Impact!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible outcome from a trim of all things. Will not be returning. Unfortunately wasted 30 dollars on a 15min haircut. Very nice people, I will not take that away from them. However not great at their profession.
