★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not providing correct information!! They informed me to come directly and they will help me right away. Lady I spoke over phone never mentioned name, even though I asked her. I went there directly as they mentioned.-31 was the temperature outside, when I went there they mentioned that they will give appointment next week,which I can do it over phone. They wasted my time . I lost my confidence ? to proceed with them, cz of their unprofessional approach.

He helped me and my family with our papers and gave us advises on things that we didn't know regarding our PR and citizenship applications in Canada. It is rare to find such kind people like Mr. Mirwais Nasiri, who you can call and help at the last minute.
Thanks for having such a great staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you need to translate your driving license? Don't do it here. Go to Translation Agency of Manitoba (201 Portage Avenue #1841, 18th Floor, Winnipeg, MB R3B 3K6).
Firstly, Immigration Center says to translate the document yourself and they will just prove that it looks fine. I spent around 3 weeks trying to understand how to make a translation and translate it. In total, it was around 5 hours. When I finally went there at 4 pm, they were actually closed, but on their website, it says they are open until 8:30 pm. The receptionist, who was telling me this, started giggling with her colleague and asked me whether I have my translation on the USB drive that I was holding. I said yes. Then, she said "We can't print it. You have to bring a printed version next time" and laughed out loud with her colleague. This made me so mad and confused, that I just turned around and left. Firstly, they charge $35 for the translation that I have to make, and they can't even print it (also, it takes 2 weeks to make this translation). And secondly, the receptionist laughed in my face that I didn't print it. It wasn't funny for me, who spent several weeks writing this document. I went to another translation agency that made a translation for $51, but I didn't have to do anything and it will be ready in 2 business days.
Their customer service is very poor, and I wasted 1 month of my life on getting the translation, which I still don't have. During this time I could practise for my full driving license exam.
