A 360 reference check obviously was not set in place for her employment credentials. The individual only manages up.
At the VP level, she is primarily responsible for setting a whole bunch of things for the organization to make it productive.
Time to move upward and onward to a new company with proper leadership team.
She has struck out more than 3 times.

Questions surface in regards to the promotion of Executive and her proficiency?
Ever heard of Six Degrees from separation? People from past work positions share information.
We need an architect who has the ability to understand how everything comes together. If building a product is like building a car, you have to understand all the different layers: computing, storage networking, data center infrastructure... It's not just the carburetor, but understanding the nuances of the set-up to make the connections work.
Please hire qualified people, so they ARE leaders.
Right now it's a playground of executives who appease each other and cheer on the CEO. Work trendy buzz words are used constantly by Engineering VP only to gain popularity and set-up a false culture, when really the purpose is to build an alliance for her bee hive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's no wonder that this company has so many one star reviews - they simply do not care about their image and focus on making a quick buck.
As you can see from their various one star reviews, they have internal issues. Why not hire qualified people, instead of well dressed yes men.
That said, why in the world would anyone want to hire them for a project?
