★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. These guys are HORRIBLE! and charge some of the highest fees in the industry. This is not a great place to invest your money. I have had a very poor experience in the seven years I have been investing. From being locked into a their funds with extremely high DSC penalties, sold an whole life insurance product I did not need, paying extremely high MERs, and just plain being treated like I am a nobody. Particularly Matt Bission, Division Director has been especially dismissive, angry and downright rude. After asking about the DSC penalties I would incur should I transfer he had a meltdown and transferred me to one of their worst reps (who has since been fired) followed by a long trail of rude and obnoxious emails. Matt was extremely skilled at insulting my intelligence, and being extremely combative. However his skills as a financial advisor did not impress.
