Even though I often arrive unannounced, she always makes me feel welcomed, takes the necessary time to ask how my week went, listens to me and helps me find the best way to reach my goal weight. I started on March 29th and in 2 months I have lost close to 25lbs. I feel very good, energized and years younger. I am 56 years old ( menopausal), just retired on May 27th and feel ready to take on any adventure life has to offer! Please do yourself a favor, make yourself a priority, set an appointment with Gab and you will not regret your decision.
