He really tried to make sure that my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. :) He was also super friendly and interesting to talk to -- 3 hours flew by quick!

Hairdresser left a part too long, I asked him to cut it a bit shorter, and he suddenly erupted into full-on shouting about how I "should've told him in the beginning" and now I should pay for "two haircuts" because he needs to spend 10 seconds correcting a mistake he made himself. I told him to stop shouting and just finish the haircut, but he kept yelling about how he cuts haircuts for "CEOs of multinationals", so there's no way he could've made a mistake. I didn't want to argue with him anymore so I just paid and left with my hair half uncut.

He not only gave a good haircut but also styled my hair well. First asked how I generally prefer my hair to look. Also gave good styling tips for future. Worth the money: hairwash+haircut+styling all for 55$.

Unfortunately my last 2 hair cuts was very disappointing. The previous hair cut I had I did not like it, but I was willing to give them another chance as I had better experiences in this salon previously and I valued that. This last one, I came back after few months as I waited for my hair to be a bit longer before having it fix. I just wanted a straight hair cut which the hairdresser did but what I don't understand why a 10 mins cut is = to 80$? I paid around 90$+ because I'm used to giving tips, but it really bothers me that I felt rob by them... yes I received shampoo before my cut like what I always get but I never paid as much for a very simple straight cut even with tip before... He did not even styled my hair (just blowed dry it) some of their stylist even curled my hair before or straighten it. Oh well time to look for another salon ?

Employee wasted my time of travel to the salon along with two weeks of waiting even after I confirmed I was coming. Very unprofessional behavior and unwillingness to want to do the work. Do not recommend! In response to message from owner below: You have shown zero interest for a new client like me. I was going to pay for a $300 service plus $60 on other hair care treatment. I was there two weeks prior for a consultation, called the week before the appointment to confirm, called while on my way in traffic the day of and showed up within 15 min minutes of my appointment. If this is not taking the appointment seriously than I don't know what is. The fact that you cancelled my appointment because I was not there at 8min into my appointment and didn't serve me even though you had no one else to serve is wrong. You showed zero interest to accommodate my situation and focused only on the fact that I was late for a few minutes and turned me back around with no solution. You showed no respect of my time, when I waited two weeks and put aside other commitments to be there for the appointment. Also, I had a planned event that night for which I wanted to have my hair procedure done. This is the biggest loss. You guys failed to provide your service when promised and it affect my night of. There should be no excuses and this is not something that $50 would fix. Your bad behavior and excuses only shows extreme unprofessionalism and it's a shame on you guys. This just simply should not happen and I hope that instead of making excuses you do what is required so that it doesn't happen to others.
S	Sarah Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon is the best!! I always leave with freshly-washed, and beautifully cut + styled (AND REALLY GOOD SMELLING) hair. You can show them pics/describe your look inspiration and they’ll recreate it impressively. They also take great care with attentiveness to your comfort and satisfaction. I recommend Alex, who always goes above and beyond with his styling, puts me at ease, and has honestly become a friend. Exclusively came to this salon for the whole duration of my studies in Montreal, and I’m gonna miss it so much after grad. Fairly priced too!
