★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for $2500+ for laser hair removal and everything was fine before Covid - I would have recommended them. However, with covid, unfortunately along with the clinic closing, I was laid off and had to move back home (different province). Once things started getting back to normal, I was back to my job and back in Vancouver. I reached out to Ideal Image to see if I could continue my treatment because I had only recieved 4 or 5 out the 9 (or more) I had paid for.
After phone tag back and forth between the head office (they never answered during business hours) I was told that they are closing my account because they cannot get ahold of me. I explained that I fly for work so when I am in the air I cannot answer my phone, nor can I when I am out of country and to please reopen this for discussion and reach me by email. They said they would. Its been months and I have not heard from them by email.
I wasn't hoping to get my money back, I was hoping to get the treatments I had already paid for. If you are to get services from Ideal Image, I highly suggest paying per treatment and not package deals. I am disapointed in the lack of communication and unforeseen events/covid flexibility with Ideal Image. Sad to see the same situation happened to another perso who let a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trustworthy and reliable service. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but I know here i’m getting the best and safest treatment. They have regular deals and various packages to choose from and everything is pretty transparent and straightforward.
I also want to shoutout my nurse Crystal who is so delightful to work with, she is super knowledgeable, empathetic and helpful. The front desk staff are always so lovely as well, thank you everyone for your great service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t done any sessions with ideal image because of the amount of reviews I have seen of people saying that they got scammed or locked into a contract however I was on the phone today with kaleb and he put my mind at ease. He made me feel extremely secure and when I explained my situation to him… he was able to effectively answer all of my questions. I’m excited to start my sessions and I think the customer service is 10/10! I would not be doing this treatment if it wasn’t for kaleb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician/nurses always really friendly and professional. Overall service was great. I do think I need a few touch ups on the areas I had laser hair removal to be completely free of hair, but the reduction in hair is really good. Very happy with results.

She was great at going over any questions and concerns I had, as well as taking the treatment slow to ensure I was comfortable. Overall great service from her to the front desk staff! Definitely will be going back for another treatment soon!
