★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our bridal party bought our dresses here, and it has been nothing short of a gong show since - every dress had to be resized (understandable), but trying to get the seamstress to understand the importance of everyone being from out of town and needing the dresses to be ready early enough to ensure it fit correctly has been a nightmare. Now we are down to the wire and picking up dresses 2 days before the wedding, hoping that they will actually fit correctly....very disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had asked these ladies to order a dress for me for my wedding, and it was an expensive dress but very very beautiful! I had never been in to visit the store, I had just called them and I live in Fort McMurray and was willing to drive down and get this dress. Months later due to the economy I didn't feel comfortable paying that price for a dress anymore which they had already ordered in for me. The positive side to this is they told me we will order this dress for you and if for some reason it is not for you we will sale it in the store and when I told them I didn't want to spend that amount of money at that time they were so understanding. I just wanted to say thank you, even though I didn't make it down there but you were so accommodating and anyone who ever has a chance to deal with these lovely ladies consider yourself blessed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 bridesmaids dresses in January for a July wedding, was told they would be in by mid-May. The dresses arrived 2 weeks before the wedding causing considerable stress as some of the bridesmaids live in Calgary and leaves little to no time for delivery to them and alterations. Also the dresses were ordered in the wrong sizes, all the bridesmaids are thin and range from size 00 to no bigger than size 4's, the dresses came in size 16 and 12, ridiculous. I would not recommend ordering from this store unless you have in writing that they can deliver on the date that you require and double check the sizes they are ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in last night with my maid of honor to look at bridesmaid dresses.
Even though they weren't open late evenings, I called ahead and the owner stayed and waited for us to get there. She was very patient as we went through and tried on dress after dress after dress. The selection of bridesmaids dress samples is incredible! I have been all over the bridal boutiques in the city and Icings had a far better selection than any other I've seen. (For Bridesmaids dresses). I can't comment on the wedding dresses, but if you're shopping for Bridesmaids dresses make this your first stop!

I 100% reccomend anyone looking for good, honest help with picking out the perfect dress, go see Ashley and Heather. They made my daughters prom gown shopping experience easier and more fun than we could have imagined. So thankful for their kindness , laughter, and personal touches in making my grad feel amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience. I got my wedding dress from them and when it came in it was so big I could slip it off even when it was tied as tight as it could go. There workers would not admit tk ordering the wrong size and wanted me to pay half of what my dress was worth just for the alterations so it would fit. I refused and took my dress and went on a gain weight to fit into my dress mission. Even by doing that on my wedding day my dress was still tied as tight as I could go just to stay on (so no nice lace up back look just a mess of riibbon) plus in the photos there are still areas where you could see it bunching since it was so loose.
