ibox is easy to work with and are happy to work with any company size. I received great service even though I was only ordering a small quantity for my first order.

Asked Rinky at Ibox Packaging for a quote for SBS boxes on Nov. 13 and was told to expect a price quote within 3-4 days. Fast forward two weeks and I finally receive an email asking if I still wanted the quote. I respond by asking for the price and Rinky responds by asking if I had already purchased the boxes elsewhere - still no price quote given. I ask if this is how they deal with all their customers - making them wait 2 weeks for a basic price quote and then withholding said quote in fear of the customer shopping the price around. Rinky calls me on the phone and explains that their business is very backed up and it's December so she was worried I wouldn't get my boxes in time, none of which has anything to do with why the price should be withheld, especially since she just emailed me asking if I still wanted the price, to which I even responded YES. At one point she tries to shift the blame on me for asking if they could print the boxes within 1 week in our original communications, and used that as the reason of why she thought I didn't want the quote anymore. If that was the case then why even reach out to me after 2 weeks to begin with? Rinky contacts me after 2 weeks on a quote that was supposed to take 3-4 days, and then decides to not tell me the price because she was the one who took too long? It also didn't help that Rinky spoke to me with a tone of condescension as if I was somehow at fault here. The conversation ended with me yelling at her over the phone because I had enough. I've had no experience with their actual boxes or products so this review has no bearing on that part. I can only relay what I found to be a terrible experience with their customer service member, Rinky, in particular. I have screenshots of our emails and phone recordings if Rinky or anyone from Ibox packaging would like to contest the validity of this review.
