★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service experience here is awful, because of one of the senior sales people surly, rude and unhelpful behaviour, and that the samples for exterior stone are far too small to make any sort of educated selection.
One helpful employee tried to provide addresses of houses with selected stone to see a larger scale version as they have very limited pictures on their website. A second visit to the store resulted in dealing with the other sales person who is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with! I-XL, I know you have a bit of a monopoly, for now, but that kind of service will put you out of business fast once you have competition.

Had one half box of brick left and decided to put them on the top box of bricks since I had no need for them, thought someone would appreciate the extras on the box for a potential project. Got the run around that the boxes are tampered with now they cannot be returned yet there is only 8 extra bricks gently places on top of perfect packages bricks. Do not recommend.
