Pharmacy is terrible. Super rude ladies all the damn time. Just a pregnant lady trying to cope through my own bad days and infections, don't need your attitude on top of it cause I don't know how your system works. Smile and give some decent customer service for once. I do not recommend.

The actual store part is well managed they have great staff ,friendly too. When it come to the pharmacy though they can be quite slow on the customer service sometimes waiting up to ten (10) minutes for your turn at the counter. So if you are in a hurry and see a line at the pharmacy counter, I suggest coming at a later hour or getting your lawn chair and popcorn out. Great store, fair prices, wait time iffy. Overall three (3) stars could be better.

I am so disappointed in the appalling and disorganized state of the pharmacy. I am pleased to say that I will never wait and wait and wait and wait again. There is excellent customer service a few doors down at the new pharmacy.

Good thing for the girl with the brown hair at the drop off area in pharmacy, I think her name is Christine or Crystal. Thanks for being so helpful and friendly when no one else in pharmacy would even acknowledge me. If only all pharmacy staff would be like that.

The last few months with the new manager in place, the pharmacy area has gotten worst. The staff seem to be on edge. And what I did not appreciate is the way the manager speaks to his staff in front of customers and other staff members. The employee greeting everyone by the drop off is very pleasant, Krystale I think her name is. And the one with the pink hair, her enthusiastic is amazing.

This place is the worst I have ever been in and 8pm last weekend I chose to drive in a snowstorm to Shoppers in North Bay than to use IDA which is 2 Mims from me. The staff is so rude and after the 3rd month of getting my prescriptions late ( something that is not suppose to be skipped) and they blamed on my doctor being late but in 10 years she has never been the issue and it has been on time since switching. I switched pharmacies and against better judgment I went in last Friday just for hairdye and I swear the lady behind the counter just scowls. Usually in customer service you actually have to say something (anything) to the customer, but at IDA you just get a dirty look and some attitude and even my 10 year old asked why she was so upset.

My husband and I were just passing through this beautiful small town of Sturgeon Falls, and had to stop at this location to get few items. The pharmacist (older women, short hair and contagious laugh) helped us enormously in finding the right products we needed, and made us laugh. It's nice too see pleasant services.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the pharmacy staff at this location. My husband has one leg and needs his medication first thing in the morning and always calls ahead of time to make sure they have the prescription AND a seperate time to make sure his medication is READY. He personally spoke to the owner of the pharmacy who GUARANTEED the staff would get his medication ready the night before so he wouldn't have issues picking up his prescription. When he called the night before his prescription pick up, he had staff laughing at him and speaking in a condescending tone when he notified them that he spoke to the owner and that he ensured his medication would be ready, the staff giggled and said 'it'll be ready'. When he went in the day of his prescription pick up, staff told him his medication was NOT ready and that they didn't even receive his script, when he told them he called the night before they argued with him and said he never did. Out of frustration, my husband left while they figured their end of things out. They called him 10 minutes later and told him they DID already have his script and that the prescription WAS already ready, so they essentially called my husband a liar and embarrassed him in front of other by standing shoppers. When my husband went to pick up his prescription they didn't even have the full prescription ready so he STILL had to wait while they finished the script. If the pharmacist isn't even reading the script right should they really be a pharmacist? How can I ensure I'm getting the right medication when the pharmacist isn't even reading the script right! I've always used small town pharmacies because I find they're always better and more personal, but I would NOT recommend this pharmacy, they don't treat you like a human, they judge you based on the prescriptions you take.
