And staff is rude, and don’t seem to know how to do their job. Tell you one thing and then retract what they say. Make you jump through hoops just to get what you need.

They have been some of the kindest and most helpful people during my stressful fertility journey. They are always willing to answer my 101 questions over the phone never once soundings frustrated with me and I am annoying lol. If it wasn't for covid I would want to hug these people I can't begin to express how thankful I am for their kindness.

She then continued following me around the whole time, incredibly invasive made me very anxious and uncomfortable. Also prevented me from buying what I needed because she was making me uncomfortable by how closely I was being watched.
