About Hypnotherapy Services by Kristine
Prior to becoming a certified clinical hypnotherapist I worked with ionizing energy in the mining industry for more than twenty years. Over those years I trained many people, including workers as well as the public, with how to work safely around ionizing energy thereby minimizing their exposure. Empowering people was something I truly enjoyed doing.
Hypnotherapy also gives me an opportunity to continue my work with empowering people and helping individuals find a balance in their lives physically, mentally and emotionally.

She spent a lot of time with me during our first session chatting and getting to know each other. She then sent me home with 2 personalized recordings to listen to between sessions and sent me home with some exercises to do. Her space is extremely beautiful and I felt very comfortable and at ease there. I would highly recommend Kristine for your hypnosis needs. She seems very well educated and knows what she is doing.
