β β β β β Lynton has been incredible for me. I don't know that there is any aspect of my life that hasn't improved since being with him. It's incredible how much he cares and connects with his clients.
I was always someone who was dubious of therapy, but he's helped with anxiety, anger management, improved my relationships, assisted with getting over addictions and made me a happier, fuller person because of it.
I went in to see him for a "tune up" recently, after going off and on for the past couple years. He said he had never seen me more calm and sure of myself, and it made me feel like it was finally all coming together.
Thank you, Lynton. I wouldn't be the man I am today without you.

β β β β β Having undergone therapy for several years, I found Lynton after reaching a plateau with my prior Psychotherapist during a difficult period in my life.
His approach, insight and understanding helped me not only identify, but successfully move past my interpersonal relationship issues.
Lynton does not only listen quietly for an hour, but he asks insightful questions, dialogues with you and provides you with the tools to continue to build on your progress once you have left the session.
I cannot recommend him enough.

β β β β β Lynton is the best therapist you'll ever meet. He is patient, compassionate and a really good listener. I have never felt this comfortable sharing things with any therapist. He never tries to rush you. It is very evident that he has his clients' best interests at heart. He is a truly gifted soul.

β β β β β A very fun, kind and easy person to connect with. I really enjoyed my sessions with Lynton, he was a very fun person to talk to and Iβm happy we were able to relate on alot of the same spiritual beliefs.
Itβs a bonus that Lynton is intuitive, you wonβt have to explain yourself as much because he can feel what youβre going through and your energy.
