Despite the fact they were swamped with service calls due to extreme cold weather , my recent request for help with my Kubota tractor was taken care of very quickly . In fact , at 5:45 on a bloody cold evening , Charles Broadfoot of their service department showed up and had the tractor running in short order .
My service experience is only one example of the care Hyde Brothers takes with their customers - something that is becoming harder to find in this day and age .

I recently purchased a BX2680 through Hyde Brothers and when it comes to service, Dan the service manager is second to none. We had been going back and fourth with a few things that I wanted to see in my first service for our little tractor, and the information and customer service was impressive to say the least.
Employees like Dan are the true backbone to successful business', well done sir, well done.
