A	Alexander Bach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water fountain, no heat retention in winter with massive automatic doors and other doors just propped open. Cold and utterly unwelcoming. No WiFi.
Z	Zayn FP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New GO bus terminal. Clean and indoors but no places to purchase food. Also easy to get to York University by subway.

The GO portion of the bus terminal has washrooms which are few and far between at any other TTC subway stations. GO provides frequent service both east and west. I suspect north will join that at some point.
M	Michael Songin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Station looks okay, but the amenities are scarce. No water fountain or vending machines, terrible for students who have class 45 minutes away at York University. Not very well air conditioned either.

For a terminal in the middle of nowhere accessible within walking distance, and for a place that often has people waiting inside (sometimes for a very long time) for their transfers, not having a single place to obtain food or drink is really pathetic.

As big and spacious as this terminal is, it feels like a scene straight from the zombie apocalypse..no water fountains..food venders, not even a vending machine. I bus from here at least 3 times a week and it’s also freezing
S	Suman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus had one job that was to show up on time that was 30 minutes before. And the 24 screens does not show delay timings. Lot of improvements needed. ( 1 star because at least the gentleman had the decency to come and apologize for the delay 0 otherwise)
U	UK Gmail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible waste of your money on architectural frippery and UV cleaning machines for your phone!... However this place is as cold as the Artic tundra inside... Not a single thought has been given to traveler comforts. There is not a coffee bar, vending machine, snack outlet anywhere in sight... And because of the ridiculous virus they've covered up all the drinking water sources as well... We are 2 yrs into this nonsense. Still no water? Sort it out! Humans need sustainance! Clearly set up designed and run by overpaid consultants from Metrolinx. There is not a staff member in site.... Every wicket closed middle of a weekday... The only human in this entire massive facility was the helpful gentleman from the TTC at the subway downstairs... who is doing your job for you GO!
