Staff very competent in spotting issues with the trucks and letting you know as well as experienced in looking for probable issues with specific Truck models and warning you what to watch for. Invaluable experience to me.

Bathrooms are very clean and same with the showers. Friendly service various selection on ready made sandwiches and a hot eat meals. I don't like places that has no WiFi for the truckers or their helpers for us to use on down time. Everything else is pretty good except the parking lot. Yes, there is lots of parking but people should keep their cars and personal transporting out of the way of other truckers and their helpers. Everyone should have a clean truck as well as a clean place to park. Plus no one jamming up the parking areas for the big trucks.

Just less than 5 minutes they said we Donn .Truck is full of dirt oil and mud clean nothing and they said we done we cannot do anything more than this is what we have and they are super super rude guys over there .they treat me in this way I don't know maybe special for me or for everybody please for a please don't go there. ???????????????

I tried Nappanee Quick lube change.On the phone they give a price , and in realty they charge me $100 more . Take care there ask the price on your are in front of the door. I will never go there and i let everyone know that.
