★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality. Brand new flooring didn't make is through a single winter. cracking, checking, poor finish. Absolutely terrible. zero customer service support. Open a good old fashioned phone book and call a number at random, you'll definitely get better quality products and service.
