The food isn't bad, but the food hygiene is disgusting. Guess it adds flavour? Nice that management replied but yet to see a single change. Wiping your hands on a towel between handling cash and food isnt good enough. Neither is putting your tumb in my pizza when you hand me a slice. Friendly people (contrary to other comments, I do not agree with) but hygiene is poor. They take the time to remember your name and greet you very positively. The owner/manager is often sitting in there not doing much, I dont ever see him pitch in and help even when one person is managing to tills. Saying it again. Good food (omg the breakfast Kaiser bun is a greasy dream). Bad hygiene. Spend more time improving your business and less time replying to reviews with empty promises

Dirtiest pumps around, need a hand washing station outside if they're never going to clean the handles. Pumps never have receipt paper which is especially annoying in this area as many who fill are driving company vehicles. There is then normally many people waiting in the same food line inside to get their fuel receipt. This has been the case for years now. Edit: 7 months later and even with the owners acknowledgement of my review, still has neglected to clean pumps or provide receipt paper at pumps. Brutal.

This was truly the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever encountered. The staff were also not wearing masks. The toilet was covered in urine, dirt, and hair and ditto for the sink and floors. It made my ex’s shared bathroom in a frat house look like the Waldorf Astoria. I need to swan dive into an ocean of bleach. Consider yourself lucky that the posted photos aren’t scratch-and-sniff. The fact there is a kitchen and dining area 10 feet away is absolutely horrifying - PLEASE do not eat here. I am also reporting to public health to hopefully remedy the situation. Response to response: maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms is squarely the establishment’s responsibility and according to the Fraser Health Authority’s COVID guidelines high-touch areas should be cleaned β€œfrequently throughout the day”, NOT after a guest complains. In addition, the dirt here has clearly built up over a period of time and is not the result of a couple people using the bathroom in a row - it is layered and caked on. I have worked in both hospitality and sanitation for a decade and have cleaned incredibly high traffic bathrooms, this is is not that.

Showed up looking to get 1 BBQ propane tank filled. The woman came out and said she would not fill it because I was transferring it in may car. She said I had to transfer it in the back of a pick-up? Really? Every other Husky and gas station that sells propane has never mentioned this. Same for all the propane depots and gas tank exchange places. Don't wast your time with this place.

I stopped by the husky to fill a couple of BBQ propane tanks for an employee engagement, The lady at the front desk told me that she would not fill them because i was transporting them in an enclosed vehicle, Transport Canada allows up to 4 20lb propane tanks to be in an enclosed vehicle, she was defiantly wrong with her information but she would not listen and was very firm on not filling my tanks. She could have very easily google the regulations, but was more intent with winning this than even looking into it. This was the 1st and last time I will visit this store, Message to owner: Better training for your employees would help retain customers. Response to the response LOL Thank you for the response, But I only had 2 tanks in the car, I told her i was allowed up to 4 tanks when she told me she would not even fill 1 tank, Huge misunderstanding I see. I am a certified TDG for air, water and land and I know the regulations, but this employee would not stop and listen and just kept repeating, "Call transport Canada if you don't like it" she even gave me the phone number. whoever responded to my review obviously know the regulations but some of the staff do not, So i think best practice would be to have a sign posted someplace for all to see. I drove into Ladner and got my tanks filled and they had a great sign posted that had the regulations on a big sign right next to the propane filling station

Horrible service. The old lady there Louise is always in a miserable mood. I waited for 10 minutes to ring my order up at the till while she was on the phone. Another guy walked in after me and walked up to there 2nd till and Louise went and helped him before me even though I had been waiting for 10+ minutes. I go in there almost every day and I will never be going back there untill they get rid of that cranky old lady.

Do yourself a favour go ANYWHERE else. Used to be good now gas is always 5 cents a liter more than anywhere else. Wont fill propane tanks if you carry them in your Van, RV or Car has to be in a truck box. They had a leak and got fined? How is it the customers problem if your too cheap to mantain your own equipment? Poor service and all round Pathetic
