The entrance has a disability ramp but they have placed a large shelf of antifreeze in front of it so it is not accessible. I have asked several staff members to fix the problem but it has never been fixed.

The gas station has all the standard amenities, air compressor, vacuum, etc, and the convenience store is big and clean and has everything you'd expect.

Good service and friendly staff how are helpful and courteous. I used to live next door and would pick up milk or a slushy when I would get thirsty. But they have a large supply of snacks and nutritious thingsโ€‹as well. But I myselfโ€‹, just don't go for that sort of stuff!?

There is one Asian older woman working there, absolutely very rude, does not have any customer service skills, she should not be working with humans or animals, she is looking at people like they are all come to the store to steal something, when u ask her question she pretends she does not hear it, she is always unhappy, grumpy looks like someone who's life is miserable. She never smile or say hi to anyone and her husband also works there but he is ok.

Worst gas station around! Coolers are barely cold, coffee is watery and terrible, slishie machine is always broken, never have ice, air pump is always out of order. The owners are super miserable, the rest of the staff are great. I have lived in the area for 13 years and its always been an issue here, more so since the new owners took over and dont seem to want to spend koney running it like the rest of thenhusky stores in the province

Wow. This place is unbelievably bad. The air compressor requires a "donation" to Habitat for Humanity. I tried to tap my credit card at the prompt. The machine didn't turn on. I then put coins in the machine. It didn't turn on. I asked the clerk inside if he would turn on the compressor. He told me to call a number on a sticker on the side of the compressor, but it might take 10 minutes for someone to arrive. (I have never heard of a gas station not being able to control the compressor.) I told him I didn't have time to wait and asked whether he could just give me a refund. He offered me a coffee. I asked again for either the machine to be turned on or be given a refund, and he then offered a coffee or a slushie. I asked if there was a supervisor on site who could either turn on the machine or approve a refund. Then he asked me to tap my card against the prompt, at which point I told him I didn't want to keep putting money into a machine that didn't work. He told me that no manager was on site. I asked if I could call one, and he said no one would answer until Monday. I told him he should put an "out of order" sign on the compressor so other people wouldn't waste their money. He said he would only do that if a few other people come along and report the same problem. He said I could call the service number on the side of the machine, but this time he said they would only confirm whether or not there were coins in the machine, not that they would fix anything. This is a total scam. As I was giving up, a bicyclist rode up to use the compressor, and I warned him that it didn't work. He mentioned there was a Shell further up on Victoria Drive that was generous with its compressor--you could simply ask the clerk to turn it on. I wasn't heading in that direction, but I later found a Shell on Willingdon, which didn't need any payment or "donation" to turn on the machine. You just press a button; self-serve.
