Great place to explore some beautiful nature!! Me and my boys love exploring around here. Great little natural park area for them to play on. Great walks on the trail. Lots of bugs, birds and plants to see. The water is great to see snails, fish and birds.

This is a beautiful park in the winter and a great place to bring your dogs. It often looks busy from the parking lot but the forest is big enough that you can enjoy nature at peace without many interruptions. The birds here are used to people so if you want to feel like snow white for a day, bring some bird seed and the birds will eat from your hand :)

Good place to visit for evening walks or weekend visits. Good in summers but try to avoid in winters. The trail has uneven surface so becomes slippery. Nice big pond with some specific species of turtles. Dogs also loves the area. Trails covered with thick dense forest.

A beautiful area with quite a few trails.. I would recommend huron natural area to all as it's great for people of all skill levels, with a short section that is wheelchair accessible and for children there's a storybook pathway. I will definitely be returning later in the year to see more wildlife.

Huron Natural Area is a very nice location to either walk, sit around or (especially) ride a bike. There are some very nice trails in the forest and you can get quite pumped to pass through the ups and downs. Make sure to use a mountain bike and double check your break before going on the steep trail. It can be dangerous as there's always a chance of falling flat on your face if you do not ride carefully. That's only for the trail after crossing the footbridge though. Before it, the roads are mostly flat. Had a good time there. Would definitely recommend. One bad side, the smell of the pond is not very pleasant.

Really liked the park and the trail. Will be fun for riders. If you go through the trail, you will see bird view and feeding area! My son really liked the park and we are planning to pay a visit again soon.

It’s a fabulous place to have a long walk. Looks like we are in the woods., fishing and cycling and lots of place to spend any time of the day( unfortunately the park is closed after 5 or 6). If you’re the one can enjoy the nature, this is the right place to visit. Small hikes and good views are inside the trails for better photography too.

This is a fantastic place to spend some time outdoors. There are many trails to explore, with multiple ponds, an accessible paved pathway, as well as storybook pathway for children. Most of the trails are easy to traverse and there is plenty of local wildlife to discover. If you're patient and conditions are right, you can even feed some chickadees (you'll need to bring your own seed). There's also a natural playground that kids young and old love to play on, free parking on-site, and bathroom facilities available. There's also a mini-interpretive centre with a few plaques with information on the history of the area and on the indigenous people and their way of life (how they corralled and hunted wildlife, fished, worked the land, etc.). I've been many times over the years, including during the winter months, and I always love my time there, especially with the kids. We are lucky to have this natural area in our community, and I will continue to visit it in the years to come.
