Tim didn't seem to hear what I was saying and forced his point of view on me. He wanted me to make financial changes that were unrealistic and refused to do my will until I went home and discussed the matter with my children, even though I told him I had already done so. My encounter with Tim Huntsman was very upsetting and when I told his office I would not be retaining them to do my will I received a bill for $200 for my 30 minute meeting.

S	Shirley Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man could not even manage a Residential Tenancy Branch issue when the case was clearly presented to him, discussed, all paper work available, witnesses for me (who he told to leave his office and said he did not need them) made me do all the talking to the Board. He didn't know what to do and grabbed all the cash I gave him - Bad Lawyer!!! Go somewhere else. He is abrupt and cold - not a nice man and actually he puts you on edge and makes the whole case more difficult and a lot more stressful than it should be. NO confidence that this man could much of anything but take your money. Again stay away and try someone who will actually talk and listen and want to help you.. I do not usually review but in this case I will and I do take this very seriously.

I have spent close to two years with Tim as my lawyer in a complex, distressing, painful and ultimately contentious case. Tim addressed the facts of the case with precision and logic consistently from the first meeting until the end. He guided me through all options, kept me in the loop on all information, and together we attempted to avoid trial. Although that was unsuccessful, I could not have asked for a better trial lawyer. In the court room Tim was a force to be reckoned with. To me however, he was warm, caring, and understanding of the heartbreak this case had brought. With integrity, humor, and unmatched strategy Tim walked me through the hardest thing I have ever gone through in my life. In the end we won the case, but no matter the outcome, I would still be writing this review. Tim will not tell you what you want to hear he will tell you what you need to hear – and that’s exactly why the outcome was as successful as it was.
