Huang Agnes

Agnus Huang , she is awful , she was never prepared in the trial. She did what she could to let the other side win the case . Very weak lawyer.

My ex-wife “B” and I had gone a long way to prepare a draft separation agreement. Then B hired Agnes Huang to translate our plain agreement into a formal legal agreement. On Sept 18, 2020, Agnes sent me the draft agreement which had some issues and on Sept 23, I sent her back my comments. After a meeting between me, B and another mediator, on Oct 3rd I sent the latest changes to Agnes and asked her to update it. She said she would discuss it with B near the end of the week (Oct 8 or 9). I followed it up on Oct 9th and she said, she would provide me with the revised agreement mid next week (Oct 13). I didn’t receive anything by end of the week and I followed up again on Oct 20. She said she would get back to me over the weekend (Oct 23). Again I didn’t receive anything. B was insisting me to pay spousal and child support based on the agreement which was not signed and I refused and she said she would not take care of our daughter till then. This heated up the tension between us and now, there is a risk that whole agreement get cancelled. On Oct 26, I sent another email to Agnes, but she didn’t get back to me. I even left her a voice message but the voice mail saying due to COVID-19, the best way to contact her was email. Today, Oct 28, after sending another email and mentioning I would share my experience in social media and other review platforms, she replied “It has taken longer to prepare the revised agreement due to my schedule”. It seems her schedule is more important than ours and she even didn’t respect the dates she mentioned. It seems she doesn’t understand how much trouble she is making for me, B, and out daughter. I don’t know how professional she is in her work, but I can say she really needs improvements in keeping her word and respecting other people’s schedule.
