Management only cares about making the investors happy at the cost of low level employees. Rotten company all around. Witnessed field supervisor and Ops staff operating company vehicles under the influence of alcohol on numerous occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really hard to judge, it depends on who is in charge. I left due to being overworked and even on file I told OPS, "my team and I need some down time." "Oh well if your travel log book isn't working out, then we'll give you a non-regulated truck." This mentality as a safety company doesn't sit well with me.
I never had a problem with the old or current station manager. If there was a safety issue or a snag, I talk and it gets resolved and fast. Just currently the relationship between the company gone down and in a hurry.
Rescue manager and the rest of the staff, very pleasant experience for the time I was there. I do recommend this company as it'll build character and for most, give you an idea how far you can push yourself. There is a lot to acquire and it could lead you into areas you never thought you'll be interested in before.
So my finial say is give HSE a shot, you can't be sure till you try.
