★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we are installing a chain link fence on top of a small concrete wall, for which we needed base plates welded to the fence posts.
purchased our posts at hardware store but couldn’t find base plates.
Hranco was able to supply the plates and did a
very neat job welding them on.
we were quoted a price on 10 plates but in fact
we wound up bringing in 11 posts to be welded,
so i expected the price to rise accordingly.
it did not, we paid only the original quoted price
despite the extra piece of metal plate and labour
involved. impressive!
in addition, the posts we brought in needed to
be cut to size and when we picked up our posts,
Dylan @ Hranco had managed to cut them so
that we had an excess of pipe and were able to
return them to hardware store for money back,
reducing even further the total cost of our job.
i didn’t learn her name, but the young woman
in reception was very helpful and kind too,
good sense of humour which brightened our
business transaction immensely.
i am very pleased with the level of service and
the simple kindness and consideration given by
the people at this place of business, wouldn’t hesitate to return here if we need anything else.
we are seniors and have moved to Medicine Hat
less than a year ago, and it certainly verified our
choice of community to be in need of a service
and have it delivered in such an exemplary manner. Kudos well deserved.
