Excellent organization serving the people that need help the most.

The staff is amazing and always happy to help in whatever way they can. People from all different kinds of backgrounds can come here when they are having a rough time and at least be able to put food on the table for a few days til they can make ends meet again.

It's a great place for families that are having a hard time. I've been there and they try to do what they can for your family needs. This includes food for animals (if they have it. )always kind and friendly people. Even when certain people are rude and demanding, they still remain friendly. I highly recommend any family or single people that are struggling with groceries, go here for help. Your allowed 6 visits a year.

People in need can't be picky, but if you're not in need you will pick thru everything you get and still tell us how to do our work! House of friendship is always there to help, people have to understand everything you get in a hamper has been donated. Therefore we give what we have and try our best for special diets, if they have it they give but if there isn't what you ask for we'll try to get you our best posible healthy choice. Sometimes there are not enough donations and people come in requesting like they are paying us to give them like they are owners of the donations and still give us attitude telling us to give them what they want or they want to exchange what is given to them for better stuff. If you are in need you can't be picky! We work with donations given to us?

I am Gluten free, but can't be fully U loose nutrients. Nothing to drink, I had gotten lettuce 1 can of beans and a turnip. My family has donated all there life, I have donated clothing that could last a life time. To kids and adults! I'm a person that gives!

Awesome place can't wait to see the inside. The staff is great and they have made my decisions very clear as to which treatment center I plan to attend.

The House of Friendship was a haven in the darkness of my life. In the middle of the night when the mind is active and the body restless, there was always someone who would help ease my soul. The services provided were in every way exceptional and exceptionally personal. I should have made more use of them while I was there. I regret not doing so. The House of Friendship moved from Guelph back to its former place on Charles St. In Kitchener. Not all of the participants from Guelph could be accommodated there. I find the alternative very trying, but manageable, for now. I would like to thank all of you for allowing me to stay as long as I did. For all the worry I caused because of what I call my darkness when nothing really mattered, and everyone was suspect. I owe each person I met there a large apology for my indifference, for my demands, for the fear I caused and love I refused and used. For the violence I am deeply ashamed of myself, my wife and my mother would be as well. There is so much more I would like to say. The respect i got far outweighs that which I gave. The kindness and Love there could be felt hundreds of yards from the building. That's why I never went far. I Love You All GOD BLESS THE ANGELS of the HOUSE OF FRIENDSHIP and LOVE They stood with me in the darkness, and gave me comfort until sunrise. You too Dave. To all you ladies, thank you.
