I work from home so it’s critical for me to have power back on. Also the extreme heat is making it much worse. I called Rob who was ready to dispatch someone but because he is brilliant, he walked me through to check the panel and with his help we got power back on. He didn’t even want to charge me anything. What a lifesaver! Thank you! Thank you Rob! Your help is truly appreciated! Will be very happy to recommend you and Hotwire Electric to anyone!

They came to help us fix an outdoor plug for a hot tub and they were happy to answer any questions and were really good at explaining fully what they did, why they did it, all of our options, and so on. Haven't hired too many electricians in the past, but I know who I will be calling from now on
T	Theresa Andersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Nov 15 2021 I experienced fall out from a huge power surge to my home that occurred as part of the crazy weather system that affected Kelowna after the storms moved from the lower mainland that we all remember. The storm completely blew out my geo thermo heating/cooling systems and electrical system. I was fortunate that Hot Wire Electric was able to send out Kenn the electrician tech who helped to sort out the sources of trouble and pin point what was needed electrically to get things back up and running again. I knew there would be supply issues to get all the materials/supplies he would need in order to fix my electrical situation due to the B.C mud slides and highway closures. Kenn made sure that I had what I needed to get by and to have electricity while the additional supplies to get the job done were ordered. Kenn was helpful, professional and efficient. I appreciate the care and attention he was able to provide, and I am grateful for the good job he did. Theresa

Our counter light strips and ceiling lights were both flickering. The guys suspected what the problems were, and that they were easy to fix, and guided me through it over the phone. I wouldn't have gotten my lights fixed without their help, but I saved all the money on the bill. I'll be calling them for all my home or business electric needs in future.
