★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 nights during the Covid crisis. I appreciate the steps and efforts they have taken to ensure the guests and staff safety. Our room was great but not a lot of TV shows in English. The view of the river from our window makes uk for it tho.10/10 would stay again

I had went to one of the floors to get a bottle of water in the vending machine ( 1 vending machine for 4 floors) and there was no more I had called reception to see if they can bring up water and the guy told me straight up to drink from the faucet. I had told if he had extra and he said no. Considering we can’t leave past 8 the hotel should at least make sure they have enough stalk. Besidesss that rooms were pretty clean . Just was very disappointed on how they responded and they don’t have Uber eats so I couldn’t order my water lol if I would have known I would have bought water before coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff were very friendly. It was my second time there and they even greeted me by name (but with the warmth of a usual customer). The soap, shampoo and the other amenities are of good quality. The beds are really comfortable. They have k-cup machines in the room. I appreciated that they have a breakfast sometimes included with their rooms, but the price is quite hefty when you eat they're without a ticket. All in all, it feels very clean and good to stay a few days at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reserved and paid for "signature" room with view of river. My room was missing furniture. Online Pictures clearly showed chair and coffee table in front of window to enjoy view, yet front desk staff argued that is not included. Wanted to have drink in bar but appeared to be understaffed, waited about 10 minutes for service then left for a walk along river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel face-lift looks great. Nice, comfortable rooms. I'm disappointed that the restaurant is no longer open for breakfast. This is vital for business travellers and used to be my favorite feature of this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost unrecognizable to me and my wife since we were last here in 2008. Our room was modernized with updated queen size beds and furniture, a fridge, update bathroom and large flat screen TV. Enjoyed the view of the waterfalls and river from our window too. A Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a welcomed bonus as well. But only 2 Nespresso coffee pods was disappointing ? Front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly. But besides that I enjoyed my sleep in the comfy beds and soft sheets. Our stay there was enjoyable and quite pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was fine, comfy beds, nice shower, and first floor view of the parking lot. ? The view is very nice in the back, but no food service or drinks were available when we arrived in the afternoon. The bar only opened later. It would have been lovely to have a drink out back.
