J'aurais seulement aimé que des cours à salle tempérée (pas du hot yoga) soient offerts de temps en temps.

La pratique du yoga est intégrale, et différents niveaux sont accessibles. La chaleur aide à atteindre un autre niveau dans sa souplesse, ce qui est intéressant.
I have been seeing them occasionally for 3 years, and it is a pleasure to find them each time. The place is sublime, with its large windows and high ceilings.
The practice of yoga is integral, and different levels are accessible. The heat helps to reach another level in its flexibility, which is interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une perle cachée. Les cours sont variés. Les profs sont compétents et attentionnés. Tout en respectant le thème/style du cours, les profs ajustent le parcours et le rythme en fonction des personnes présentes.
Site internet simple + réservation en ligne pratique et conviviale. Différents forfaits sont offerts et rendent les cours vraiment abordables.
Très belle salle de yoga, grande et bien aménagée. C’est un vrai centre de yoga, pas un simple centre d’exercice ; on y perçoit un véritable esprit de yoga. Et l’exercice en salle chauffée (yoga chaud) amène une pratique plus intégrative, oserais-je dire.

A hidden gem. The courses are varied. The teachers are competent and attentive. While respecting the theme / style of the course, the teachers adjust the course and the pace according to the people present.
Simple website + practical and user-friendly online booking. Different packages are offered and make the courses really affordable.
Very nice yoga room, large and well appointed. It’s a real yoga center, not just an exercise center; we perceive there a real spirit of yoga. And the heated indoor exercise (hot yoga) brings about a more integrative practice, dare I say.
