★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Quinte Hospice and arranged for their coordinator to come out to my home. He was supposed to call me the following Monday with a time that he would be out. He did not call and he never showed up. The following day I contacted him, making it clear that I was not pleased that he had not even called to say he was not coming. He offered to come the following day but I declined. He then became very rude and reduced me to tears.
