My packages always seem to be ‘misplaced’ there (ie they can’t ever seem to find them), if you happen to get the main person off the phone or in-between her calls, she is rude and unhelpful. I always feel so unsettled when any of my mail goes to this location.

I had some equipment from Bell to send back so I brought it to this location but the lady told me they don't deal with returns to Bell and that they've never had to give the sticker to clients before althought I told her I had the returning number needed in order to ship back the equipment ! She started raising her voice and had no clue what I was asking for so I had to drive to another Canada Post location where they served me professionally. If I could give zero star I would...

I had everything prepared—the box had been weighed and measured; all information had been filled out online; the label had been printed out; the fee had been paid....I just needed to drop off the box and get a receipt. However the lady is obviously not familiar with online shipping process and she started everything. I was not confident with her professionalism and had to take my parcel to Caulfeild post office, where the staff quickly scanned my label and gave me the receipt— all set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting since 10am (so 1 hour now) for the store to open. No sign on the door to state a reason as to their lateness. This isn't the first time either... I have an important package to pick up! I would not be surprised when someone finally decides to show up they'll just tell me that its lost like the main lady there always tells me its is. I see why I never see anyone in there and if there is they leave right away as the lady is rude and always on the phone and too busy to get off and help customers!!!
