The staff was incredibly helpful and we left with a great tree at a good price with a 1 year guarantee, and everything we needed to transplant it. Definitely would come back!

I’ve gone there for years and tried other nurseries in Pbo but always go back to Horlings for variety/quality of plants and advice. They helped w/advice when we first bought our house and understood how exciting it was but just another day for them LOL! My husb went to another nursery (far south end) today and arrived 10 min early before opening and told ‘we’re not open yet!’ That’s it. So he left. Even when Horlings was struggling w/opening this spring they were very helpful by phone and apologetic. To be fair other places in town offer good plants (but limited) and service incl landscape supplies (not the one above) but my go to is Horlings for best of both. Thx guys!

Pandemic social distancing... they have Lots of space to move around and they give you masks to get in. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of plants. But it seems like it is a busy season so the plants disappeared so fast this year. Plants seemed a bit pricey compared to the big retail stores but they have cool plants that the big stores don't have.

Felt really disappointed until I spoke with a staff member about what I was looking for. She saved the day for me as she offered to get the plants I wanted and brought them out to me. I left a happy customer ?

The were quick to respond with a proposal that was exactly what I had in mind. Within a few weeks we went from discussions to planting. The day that they arrived to plant went smoothly. The three person team were professional, kind, & efficient. I can't say enough what a great experience it was!
