Had to have emergency surgery on our cat, this location was referred to us by another vet, they only charged us around 850 for the emergency operation and gave us amazing service, any other location would've charged us 1200$+

After 6 years of service and over 15000$ spent I ended my services with them. Over 6 months over 50% of my bills were overcharged and I had to have them corrected or then didn’t give the right amount of meds I ordered etc. I was constantly being pushed to buy more more more when I was giving over 300$ a month worth of care to my vet when the vet techs didn’t bother to read the notes from the vet to not offer more. Yesterday however was the final straw, because my dog has a different diet than the typical pet they told me not to be in the waiting area and move because of it, when my dog, who has known my vet for 6 years and has been on this diet for almost 2 years when to see him to get pet as always, he pushed his face away. They also refuse to allow me to be present for blood samples and nail trims; when I work hard to desensitize my animals. Not only am I a certified behaviourist but also certified in pet nutrition and to see this ignorance and mistreatment of a very loyal customer was the final straw. Never again will my animals be limited or refused contact, never again will I have to drive 30 mins to get there for a 20 cent needle they forgot to give me to care for my pet. Never again will I give them my hard earned money for them to look down on me, try and judge me and lack just a total sense of judgement, in terms of behaviour and nutrition I am more certified than their whole team combined and this lack of education and judgement pushed me too far. I am walking away from rebates and a loyalty service to pay more for the mere principle of not doing business with a money grabbing uneducated team. Good riddance

so rude. I called at 8:02 when they opened the receptionist wouldn’t explain to me what the urgency price was, I felt like i was bothering her with my cat’s sickness

Dr. Beauregard is a GREAT vet, we followed her from montreal to vet des moulins. One of my cats has diabetes since august 2020 and we have been buying insulin and his syringes (3ml/cc) every month from them. UNFORTUNATELY the staff arent competnent enough to provide the right syringes and gave me syringes that were way bigger (1ml/cc) than the usual ones.THANK GOD i realized before giving him his insulin (he could have died) though today he wont be receiving his medication and staff was so nonchalant about the error. Guess the vet staff don't care about the animals they are suppossed to. Really disappointed. CHECK ALL MEDICAL PRODUCTS GIVEN BY STAFF. CAUSE THEY SURE DONT GIVE A ****. Not only are they nonchalant but they also gave me ATTITUDE because i didnt smile didnt say bye, but hey i should be grateful that i got a 5$ credit. Bunch of jokers!!

I have been going to this vet for my corgi for 2 years now. I never had an issue. Since COVID I feel their quality of service has changed. I am always waiting beyond my appointment time and I feel like they rush me out. Last year I got a new puppy who has been throwing up multiple times a day since I got her. At 2-3 vet visits The vet continuously told us it was normal.... that she ate to fast... ignoring my worries that something was seriously wrong. Last month I made an appointment to see the vet to discuss this issue because she was throwing up even when she ate her food 1 pellet at a time. At the same time I asked to get the heartguard medicine for the summer season. Once I got there they did not let me see the vet only a technician who could not help me with my puppy throwing up situation. After an hour waiting they told me to make another appointment to see the vet which could only be a month later.... Frustrated I switched vets. Today my puppy was diagnosed with Megaesophagus at a different vet with a simple xray. I am beyond upset that I did not switch vets earlier. I will never come here again.

My dog loved Dr. Bourque, you can tell he works out of his love for animals and not just for money. My dog now rests in peace.
