★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new building is clean, modern and made with forethought about receiving and moving dogs and cats through safely. Staff are caring, professional and bilingual. I like their extra care to call pet owners to remind them of upcoming appointments. The veterinarian that cared for my dogs took her time to do a thorough examination and included me in the decision making discussion, explaining procedures and alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to this clinic and its amazing night staff! I was on holiday nearby when my puppy broke a leg late at night, in a panic I called their emergency number and they were extremely nice and helpful - and patient with my panicked questions and concerns. I was welcomed by the doctor and technician on call, they managed to deal with the situation quickly and calmly, making the dog comfortable and myself a bit less worried. They were extremely accommodating of my needs and were able to hospitalize the dog overnight while I prepared our return home. Absolutely top marks! The kind of place you can trust in an emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! Very good service. Vets are great. Available 7 days a week. Good follow-up of treatments. If your pet needs a little help to shed some weight, they have a good program. My dog lost 30 pounds and is alot more active and able to hold up to our 3 yrs old pup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive but well taken care of. They recommended to check our cat because they said she had a heart condition prior to sterilisation. We decided do the sterilisation anyway and everything went to plan. We have a beautiful and healthy cat
